VGH-HFrEF-CardioRenAI is an online calculator designed to help estimate the risk of major outcomes in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). This tool provides 3-year risk estimates of:
- All-cause mortality
- MACE (major adverse cardiovascular events)
- MAKE (major adverse kidney events)
VGH-HFrEF-CardioRenAI was developed based on more than a thousand HFrEF patients in VGHTPE, with external validation in VGHTC. The VGH-HFrEF-CardioRenAI outperformed traditional models MAGGIC score and KFRE. Please note this tool is for research and educational purposes and does not replace clinical judgment.
